Carla has 10+ years’ experience in senior living and has dedicated her career to supporting older adults and improving the quality of life for individuals living with dementia. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration and a Master’s degree in Dementia and Aging Studies, which have provided her with a strong foundation in healthcare leadership, aging services, and dementia care.
In 2023, she joined the Auberge at Onion Creek, where she and her team continue to focus on creating an environment where older adults can live with dignity, safety, and purpose. Her passion for memory care is also deeply personal. Her grandmother was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s disease, which gave her firsthand experience with the challenges families face when a loved one is living with dementia. This experience continues to guide her commitment to providing compassionate, person-centered care and supporting families throughout their journey.
